Laros Forest ~ Rocky Mountain Cavern[]
Next you will want to go to the Laros Forest. There will be a scene when you enter, and you will be forced into a fight.

There will be another event and you will see a member of the Feather Tribe. You won’t react quickly enough to recruit her though. Head to Orosk Village. Ducas won’t be able to enter since he is a member of the Holy Aionian Army.
Dialogue 1 > Can you change clothes? (+ Myura, + Ilia)
Dialogue 2 > Hide outside of the village. (+ Ducas)
You will see a scene between some Scarlet Axe members and the townspeople. Talk to the townspeople and you will hear that some have disappeared. You will meet Lulusa’s rival/friend chef Bjorn.
Dialogue 1 > Thank you.
Dialogue 2 > What do you mean? (+ Ilia)
After talking with everyone, leave the town and meet back up with Ducas. Head back to Laros Forest. As you go through the forest you will meet Meamei, the Feather Tribe member from earlier.
Dialogue 1 > Hm? What?
Dialogue 2 > I got it! (+ Myura, + Ilia)
She will say she has other human friends, so follow her to her house. She will introduce you to Noderi.
Dialogue 1 > Welcome aboard!
Dialogue 2 > Is that OK? (+ Ilia, + Meamei)
Go to the nearest exit and leave. Noderi will head to the Lake Fortress.
Your next stop is Mt. Orosk. Upon entering, watch the scene and meet the mayor of Orosk Village, Bordon. He will be surrounded by Telluspharma, but he will quickly defeat them. Get the items in the area, and watch out for the Holy Imperial Army Scoundrel enemies here. They are strong if you haven’t been leveling up. Leave the area.
At this point, you can recruit another member if you wish. Go back to Lucil Prairie, and use the tree to go back 100 years. Speak to Muyi and she will tell you about Pollock. Give him the sapling, then go back to the present. Head to Mt. Orosk, use the tree to go back in time, and then speak to Pollock. Speak to him again and he says he will give Nido his skill. He will need one item, which can be found in the small area opposite the Tree of Ages. Pollock will then pass his skill to Nido. You may want to spend some time fighting here. The Wolf Fang, dropped by the Scaled Horde enemy, is quite powerful and not sold until later in the game. The Fairy Wand, dropped by the Scaled Mage, is better than what you have. The Fairy Wand is quite rare though.
Go back to the present and continue to the Rocky Mountain Cavern. Upon entering, there will be an event battle.

This area is pretty straightforward, so head to the back. There are three chests in the first area, and one in the second.
At the first fork, take a right to find some enemies and a chest. Go back to the fork and take a left. At the next fork, head down towards the open room with the water. You will find a chest with the Pointed Shoes. This time head up at the fork. Keep following the path around, and in the room with the first set of Skull Bats, you will find a chest with 1000 potch in the corner (you have to go down a small hall). Keep following the path and eventually you will come to a room. Watch the scene to find the villagers and learn more about the Scarlet Axe.
Continue to the next area. At the first fork take a right and grab the Warrior Armor in the chest. Go back to the fork and go left. After fighting the next enemy in the big room, you may want to save and heal. Follow the path and watch the movie and scene where you learn more about the Scarlet Axe. You will fight a rather large Telluspharma

After that, you will be returned to Orosk Village. The Scarlet Axe will no longer be in the village. Bordon says that he is going to chase after the Scarlet Axe and asks what you are going to do.

Dialogue 2 > But what about the village? (+ Ilia, + Ducas)
Try to leave the village and Bjorn will come to you.
Dialogue 1 > We didn’t do much. (+ Bordon)
Dialogue 2 > Well, as it turns out … (+ Myura, + Ducas)
After a conversation he will join.
Epato Bridge ~ Fair Peak[]
Next up is Epato Bridge. Go forward and you will find that the road is blocked. Bordon will tell you that the rock there is because of Wyvern. You will then look around and search for another way. Go around the corner and meet Yudiera. She will tell you that the Scarlet Axe crossed the river. She will join you and head back to the headquarters. Start heading back towards the exits and learn about the Wyvern's Nest. That is the next stop!
Immediately be greeted by a scene of the Wyvern attacking. Bordon will tell you that it has been there for over 100 years so you decide to use the sapling and fight it in the past. Before going back to the past, you may want to fight some of the enemies there and pick up the items (especially the saber if you didn’t get the Wolf Fang).
Head to Lucil Prairie and go back to the past. Talk to Muyi and he will tell you he can’t help. He will take the sapling to another friend who will plant it for him. As he leaves, he will say that she hopes you don’t think badly of all of the members of his tribe. Ilia and Myura will talk about Meamei, so it is time to go back to Laros Forest and see if she is there. Go to her house and talk to her. She will join you. Head back to Epato Bridge. Use the tree to go back in time and meet Badamkhatan. He will take a new sapling and go to the Wyvern's Nest to plant it for you. Make sure to fight the Brute Boar here if you want to add them to the list of enemies found in the Dungeon (they won’t appear for a while after this).
Otherwise, go back to present times and head to the Wyvern's Nest. Get the sapling, and then before moving on, go back to your HQ and go back 100 years to the past. Talk to Rolf who will want to introduce Gino to someone. He will take a sapling and plant it in Laros Forest. Go there and meet Ingolf on the beach in the south east area. He says he is retired, but you will bring Gino, who calls him an old man. They will talk and Ingolf will refuse. Go to Lucil Prairie and talk to him again. He will still hesitate, even after Gino presses him and tells him his son didn’t die for nothing. Finally, go back to Laros Forest and talk to him one more time. It doesn’t work at first, until Ingolf’s feelings change a little, then Gino will finally learn the new skill.
With that done, head back to the Wyvern's Nest and go back in time. Badamkhatan will be with Yoful. Make sure to put Badamkhatan in your party so he can teach Ducas his skill. Once you are ready, head up and fight the Wyvern.

After the fight, chose to follow the path. Unfortunately it is a loop and you can’t go far. After saying goodbye, head back to your time and the Epato Bridge. Make sure to grab the Iron Spear on the other side of the cliff by the bridge before heading to Fair Peak. Also, if you want, go back to the Wyvern's Nest 100 years ago and talk to talk to Yoful twice. The second time Noderi will come along and learn the new skill.
You will see a scene with some Aionian Soldiers. Ducas will leave to talk to them, so visit every spot in town. While you explore you will meet Najin. Ilia and Meamei will mistake him for a kid even though he says he will be 28 this year. He will ask how you know Bordon, and tell you that until recently everyone in the town hated Aionia. He will explain about the bad things Aionia has done in the past. You cannot recruit him yet, but you will be able to do so later on.
Stock up on any new equipment you may need. Meet Ducas at the inn. He will tell you that there were reports of people heading to Mt. Hioni, so that will be your next stop!
Mt. Hioni ~ Ice Cavern[]
Enter Mt. Hioni. If you go right at the fork, you will find some enemies. You may want to fight them to add them to the Dungeon. On the left you will find an area with a chest in a pond. Unfortunately you can’t reach it until almost the end of the game. On the next screen, go left to see the ruins of the former village. After a scene, head further in. Someone will shoot an arrow at you. It is Luceri, whose ancestors lived there. She refuses to help anyone who helps Aionia, including you. Myura asks if she will she tell them what she knows if Myura shows her the past.
Head to the Wyvern's Nest and use the tree to go back in time. Talk to Badamkhatan who wants to check things out, but since he is a Scaled Horde and they are weak against cold, he will ask a friend who lives near Fair Peak. While you are here, talk to Yoful if you didn’t do so earlier and get his skill.
Go back to Mt. Hioni and talk to Luceri. Ducas will go back to the headquarters. Take her back to the past to see the village. She won’t believe you at first, so explore and talk to the people there. They will tell you that the Aionians are coming after some Banned Books. After speaking to the three people, watch the scene with Haydrec. You will agree to help the people against the Aionians.
After arranging your party (making sure to set up so you can get Haydrec’s skill), move away from the tree and be forced into a fight with some Aionian soldiers (2 soldiers and one mage).

Go further to the entrance and meet more soldiers.

After the fight, the soldiers will be taken to the village to look for the Banned Books, but won’t find anything. They will leave.
Before you go back to the present, make sure to open the chest that is on the other side of the pond. Now go back to the present and visit the village.
You will see villagers there now and they will tell you that some people came through the day before. You will learn it was the Scarlet Axe. Speak to the three villagers and watch the scene. Luceri will understand your way of thinking and promise to show you where they went. Go to the crystals near the village and watch as Bordon destroys the ice wall.
Head to the Ice Cavern. You have an event battle with some Scarlet Axe members.

There are four rooms on the first floor: the entrance, the room on the left, the room on the right, and the room in the back. On the first floor there are four switches. You will want to push them in order to get a new skill. Push the switch in this first room. There is an Iolite Ring in a chest in the room on the left. There are also two switches here. The room on the right has one switch. In the back room there was a door that will now be open. Go in and climb up the stairs. You will find a bag and Meamei will get a new skill.
Go down the stairs to the lower level.

There are also four rooms here. In the room on the left there is a chest with Artisan Leather Armor. Part of this area will crumble when you walk past it, so you will have to go back around if you didn’t find the chest.
After getting the chest, head to the back room. You will see some Telluspharma there room in the back. Enter and watch some scenes. You will end up fighting two groups of Telluspharma.

After some scenes you will be back in Fair Peak, and it doesn’t seem like the Scarlet Axe are there. You will meet the sub commander and tell him what happened. Go to Najin’s shop He has a book to show you, and it turns out to be a cookbook that is also one of the Banned Books. He will tell you to go to Melisma Prairie, then he will ask to join. Go back to your HQ for now. After doing the Dungeon and Hunting, go to the dining area. You will see a scene and Bjorn will learn a skill from that book.
