Warlock is the Chizen Star in Suikoden IV.

Background[]
Warlock invented the Rune Cannon. To create a Rune Cannon he summoned the Giant Tree and the Evil Eye from the World of Emptiness. The seeds from the Giant Tree were used to make the ammunitions for the Rune Cannon, the Rune Shells, and the Evil Eye became a part of the muzzle. He created as many as the Lord of Middleport requested.

After discovering that the Rune Cannon had adverse effects on the human body, he became ashamed and depressed. This led Warlock to become a recluse from the outside world and thus he retreated deep in the dungeons below Middleport.
During the Island Liberation War, Razro found him and asked for his assistance and thus he joined the Island Liberation Navy. After the war, he died, after he was captured by a militant faction insisting that he atone for the crime of spreading Rune Cannons to the world.
Role in the Game[]
After liberating Razril, speak with Pablo and then visit the abandoned house in Middleport. Search the opened treasure chest and select "24". Enter the dungeon that opens up and defeat the boss at the end. Once defeated, go into the room and speak to him.
Warlock manages the Rune Cannons along with Pablo.
