Background

Wasil is the man in charge of Lelcar´s central inlet. He´s got the thankless task of mediating between the eastern and western inlets. He made a petition to save Lord Rovere life during the uprising two years ago. He is single and still hoping to marry an Island Nations woman.

Story

Game

During the Sun Rune War, Wasil and the central islet people was Freyjadour Falenas supporters. He asked Freyjadour's help to protect Lelcar from Zahhak. After the battle in Lelcar, Wasil along with the other two leader of Lelcar (Orok and Volga) joined Freyjadour's Loyalist Army. He became one of the Loyalist military leader. After the war, Wasil represents Lelcar in the New Parliament, where his mediating skills keep the peace and promote new partnerships.

Joins automatically after the battle of Lelcar along with Orok and Volga.

Wasil can lead a four-star military leader. He can command either an archer unit on land or an archery ship at sea. Wasil also gives one use of the Barrage ability to his unit.

1. Wasil´s the man in charge of Lelcar´s central inlet. He´s got the thankless task of mediating between the eastern and western inlets. I don´t envy that man. Those two sides are on very bad terms.
2. He doesn´t belong to the Godwin or the Barows faction. If anything, he´s on the Queen´s side. He was good friends with Lord Rovere and made a petition to save his life during the uprising two years ago.
3. Ever since Queen Arshtat had the good fortune of marrying Ferid, Wasil´s been hoping to marry an Island Nations woman. He´s still single for now, but it seems he hasn´t given up hope yet.

The Godwin faction has never been stingy when it comes to arms, so they're quite close with the merchants. Godwin officials would often take bribes in exchange for placing high-priced orders. Mohsen, though, conducted an honest business. He had quality products, so he didn't have to use any cheap tricks.
